We charge sales tax on all orders with a shipping address in Georgia, at a rate of 8%.
Shipping:
Orders placed for items that are in stock are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days.
Items that are on backorder can still be purchased, and will be shipped as soon as they
arrive. This can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. You will be notified when to
expect your items. We make every attempt to keep the website up to date on the items that
are currently backordered. If you place an order for an item that is backordered, we will
notify you of when we expect delivery and also allow you the option of substituting, or
cancelling your order. Most items are shipped via UPS Ground. Express shipping is available,
and shipping is calculated during checkout. Shipping is calculated by weight, we only charge
you the actual shipping charges, and no handling charges. Larger items will be shipped
freight, and expedited shipping is not available for these items. Freight charges will be
noted on those items requiring it.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We offer a 14 day Money
Back Guarantee on everything we sell. Items must be returned in NEW condition with ALL
Original Packaging. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded, and you are responsible for
shipping the item back to us. Customized items are not returnable and orders for customized
